Employees rate Visa offices in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and UAE as a ‘Great Place To Work®’

  • Across the three markets, 90% of employees said they believe Visa is a Great Place To Work®
  • Certificate by Great Place To Work® Middle East underpins Visa as a preferred choice of top talent in the region’s digital payment industry

Cairo, October 16, 2024: Visa (NYSE: V), a global leader in payments, today announced its offices in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates have been certified by Great Place To Work®¹, the global authority² on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviors.

Over 90 per cent of employees in the three markets, part of the Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa (CEMEA) region, believe Visa is a Great Place To Work®, validating its commitment³ to an equitable workforce, inclusive work culture, learning and development, engagement, safety, and benefits and well-being. In all three markets, Visa’s scores exceeded the survey benchmark.

As part of the certification process, Visa scored an average of over 90 per cent rating from its employees in the following key areas:

  • 99feel that this is a physically safe place to work
  • 95% are proud to tell others they work here
  • 92% feel people are treated fairly here regardless of gender 
  • 92% say the facilities contribute to a good working environment

Great Place To Work® Middle East identifies the best workplaces by surveying employees across the region. The certificate is granted after companies successfully complete a demanding evaluation⁴, which includes the Trust Index survey of their employees.
